Our Mission The Auxiliary supports the mission of The American Legion by honoring the sacrifice of those who serve, promoting patriotism, and strengthening our communities. Bylaws

Post Bylaws The following bylaws provide a framework for the operation of this American Legion Post. Article I: Name The name of this organization shall be [Post Name], American Legion. Article II: Purpose To uphold the principles and policies of the American Legion, support veterans, promote patriotism, and serve the community. Article III: Membership Membership is open to all eligible veterans as defined by the national organization. Membership applications are reviewed and approved according to Post guidelines. Article IV: Officers The Post shall elect officers annually. Positions include Commander, Vice Commander, Adjutant, Finance Officer, and others as needed. Article V: Meetings Regular meetings will be scheduled monthly. A quorum, as defined in the Post's operating procedures, is required for official business. Amendments These bylaws may be amended by a majority vote during a regular meeting, with proper notice given to members.
